rude service, car was damage and tried to say i did it but took pictures of the car prior to renting

Car boot was perfect for all of our luggage (5 people plus carrying 2 other people's as well) It fit perfectly in the boot, once the back two seats were down.

Great help online when I wanted to change my booking time to a later slot. Easy and cheapest I could find online.

Having never used Heathrow airport before, I found it difficult to find where to catch the bus from to the rental company. A phone call to the office sorted it, but perhaps the bus stop number could be added to the booking instructions. I also found it difficult to locate the offices to drop off the car. However, the car itself was fantastic value for money. I booked a small vehicle but was upgraded free of charge to the next size up due to availability. All staff were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book with Easirent again. Especially now I know how to find them. :)

£5 for a car... Cant complain too much

The car was good but unacceptable wait at collection of nearly 2 hours. This was the case for lots of other customers too.
