Terrible attitude. This was my third time renting a car overseas, and it was the worst experience. The company's female staff member had no professionalism. After failing to provide the pre-booked vehicle without a valid reason, she unilaterally changed the reserved model, pushing for a more expensive car. After I refused, she offered a low-configuration car at the original price.

When picking up the car at Vancouver Airport, Alamo was the busiest rental company compared to others, with the longest queues, but everything was orderly.

Returning the car was very convenient and the service was very nice.

Located near the airport with clear signage, and the process was straightforward.
