The staff at both the pickup and drop-off locations didn't speak English, making communication very difficult. It took an hour to pick up the car, and they couldn't find my reservation initially.

The company's counter is at the international exit, which is not easy to find. If you exit through the domestic terminal, it’s hard to re-enter. Look for the police at the entrance; they can help you find a staff member. It took me more than an hour to pick up the car.
