The insurance purchased on the ZUZUCHE platform is not visible at overseas counters. As a result, the counter considers there to be no insurance, forcing the purchase of local insurance and other fees, totaling over 400 euros.

I'm absolutely furious. We booked a car through the rental platform and got the most comprehensive insurance beforehand. When we returned the car, we found out they never changed it in the computer system, and we still ended up with the insurance!

Not many people picking up cars

Avis's company. They messed up with insurance and scared me off. The rental was 800 yuan, but the insurance they sold was 260 euros. The front desk service was extremely impatient and discriminated against Chinese people. I returned the car 10 days ago and still haven't received the deposit back, whereas Hertz returned it on the third day after I returned the car.
