The staff at the Alamo rental location in Calgary were very good, patient, and meticulous.

Picking up the car at Calgary Airport was very convenient, with signs guiding you all the way. The pickup location is very close to the airport exit. The Alamo staff were very nice, explained some details, and offered a few insurance options. You can buy them on the spot if needed; they aren't expensive, and there’s no problem if you don't buy them. Then we went to pick up the car. There were several car options to choose from, which was amazing.

They really misled me. I bought full insurance, but accidentally scratched the door a bit, and they demanded a 500 CAD compensation, saying full insurance only covers costs beyond 500 CAD.
