Overall service was satisfactory. However, the staff insisted on seeing a notarized document even though I told them my driver's license was in English. Thankfully, I had prepared one, or it could have been troublesome. The car was new, but the front cigarette lighter was broken, so I had to use the other one. This made the GPS power cord barely long enough, so I had to place it on the dashboard, where it kept falling off.

Car rental procedures are simple and quick, and the return process is straightforward.

Great service. The car we reserved couldn't charge, so they upgraded us to a large SUV, making our Yellowstone trip very enjoyable.

Although it's not a big company, the service is excellent.
