The rental company's translation document provided by the platform was not accepted by the store, saying it lacked certain paperwork. It required complex communication and multiple employees just to get it sorted out. Very confusing. (The Indian staff were unfriendly towards Chinese people)

There were many people when we arrived, and we waited for a long time. We also tried calling the free phone at the airport, but it was constantly busy, which led to further delays.

Got an 2016 imax in good conditions (about 100,000km). No automatic doors or automatic headlights though. The boot space is huge and easily fit luggage for big group.

Staff were helpful at pick up and drop off. The upgrade to a slightly larger car suited us well.
