ALAMO REFUSED TO RENT THE CAR AS LISTED ON THE AGREEMENT.

I had already paid the fine for illegal parking and showed them the receipt, but they charged me again. It has been almost 2 years and I still haven't received a refund. It's really frustrating.

Overall, the car rental experience was very satisfactory. The price was affordable, and the car we rented was almost new with only around 1200 miles on it. There was a gas station nearby the store, and the pick-up and drop-off procedures were smooth. We purchased the most comprehensive insurance on QEEQ, and at the store, we only bought an additional $4.99 Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP), which is optional. After returning the car, we conveniently took the Alamo shuttle to the airport.

The airport shuttle bus takes you directly to the location, which is very convenient. The store has many self-service machines for picking up the car, making the process very easy without long lines. You print out a slip, and a dedicated counter will handle the process. They don't constantly push insurance, and the staff is very friendly.

The car pickup process took quite a long time, and the procedure to change cars during the trip was cumbersome and inefficient, which forced us to alter our itinerary. However, the return process was quick and simple, although the shuttle intervals were somewhat long.
