Si tuvimos que esperar porque no había disponibles !! Lo trajeron aún mojado porque lo estaban lavando! El auto tenía un ruido en la caja de cambios ! Nos extrañó porque el Kilometraje no era de un auto viejo!

Like: Great selection of vehicles and good value.
Dislike: First rep tried to upsell an upgrade and goes onto insisting on a Chinese driver's license even though I had a voucher clearly stating that a US or Canadian driver's license is acceptable. He didn't make much effort to help and sent me to wait in line again at Customer Service counter, where the service rep was a lot more helpful and straighten out the issue by doing a simple check on the order comments.
