Very dissatisfied. The provided car did not match the booked model. I booked a Sharan, but got a Citroen Picasso C4 instead. They claimed it was the same class, but their attitude was irresponsible. It took five hours of negotiation at pickup, delaying our trip.

Good and clean car! BUT the pickup and drop is NOT in the airport!!, it was hard geting in and out and took a lot of time ( ~1h), and it wasnt clear at time of reservation
