The car had invalid printed insurance. When I called Routes, they emailed me an invalid digital copy. I had to scrap my plans that day, took photos of the invalid insurance.

Worked fine.

Overall, Routes gave us a good service. We arrived an hour early for the pick up time but they were able to pick us up at the airport. The car was a little dirty but it did not ruin the experience for us.

It is a good deal. Having an good insurance coverage that came along with the rental is a big relief. We did not have to worry of additional fees on top of the vehicule rental.

Friendlier customer service representatives would be nice at the front office.

It looked uncool • we saw one Jeep that had a huge crack line from bottom to the top on the windshield (someone else was driving) • shuttle bus was missing door parts so he had to open from inside • car had many scratches and dent. I could tell their cars are low maintenance If you don’t mind tiny flaws and want to save money, it is a good place If you want perfect nice flawless car, go others. You get what you pay for!!

Nice, friendly Canadians at the YYC location. Pickup time is closer to 10 minutes than 30.

Price drop saved us some money. I was told that I may not see it until 2 weeks after the drop off date.
