When we arrived they offered us a different vehicle than the special order Jeep we requested.

Couldn't rent the desired car, but the service was decent. Not sure when the $500 deposit will be refunded.

The staff at pick up was ok. They explained everything to you. The car was nice and new. But it was not cleaned before pick up. Dirty windows, dirty on skin. The drop off process was so slow. I had to wait half an hour for returning the car.

Our car was broken in by breaking of a rear passenger window. Routes replacement and repair charge was ridiculous. Over $200 from estimates Plus they charged an administration fee of$50 apparently to fill out paperwork. Our insurance would not pay for the down time days or admin fees. Their “extra” insurance offered had a $1000 deductible. So nothing was covered. The extra fees after already being stolen from by the break in left a very bad feeling.

Like: Staffs were friendly and it took less then 10 min getting paper work done. They gave us a free upgrade.
