Unclear charges, extremely poor service, discrimination against Chinese. Called to inquire, but they hung up before I finished speaking. Also, there were unknown charges and an extra day fee deducted. The car model provided was different from the one reserved, and there was no prior notice.

Efficient service and good customer service

The Europcar office is easy to find, instruction provided to pick up and drop off car is very clear and useful. Customer service is very helpful and polite. The SUV car I rented is pretty new and spacious, my kids like it very much. We really enjoyed the trip, double thumbs up for Europcar :).

I got the best car rental deal through QEEQ which was recommended by my friend. The platform is easy to use and always provide useful information and timely reminders. This will be my first choice moving forward and will recommend to my friends.
