When returning the car near L.A. airport, there was a large outdoor parking lot shared by three rental companies. The staff giving instructions that night was very rushed, asking us to quickly leave the key and go. Later, Hertz charged us an extra day of rental, but luckily we had taken relevant photos, and Zuzuche actively helped me reclaim the rightful amount. However, I am not satisfied with Hertz's entire process. Everyone should be extra cautious about whether there are any extra charges on their credit card during car pickup and drop-off.

Beware of upgrade traps. They mentioned a free upgrade, but it ended up costing money, and it wasn't cheap.

The car was damaged in the city, so I went to exchange it. I originally booked an L level car, but they gave me a Kia Rogue without refunding the price difference.

Pickup time was quite long, not very satisfied. Upon arrival, the vehicle wasn't prepared in advance, and I waited about an hour for the car to be cleaned.

I rented a Jeep on the website, but they gave me a Kia. Although the models are similar, I was still a bit disappointed at first. There was Chinese service in San Francisco, but the upselling took quite a long time. Nevertheless, picking up and returning the car was very convenient and quick.
