Easy to pick up and drop off, and the car got the job done in the end. I do wish they'd had what I'd booked (a hybrid vehicle), but unfortunately they didn't and were offering me alternatives that cost more (Tesla) or were tiny two-door electric vehicles that wouldn't fit me plus my luggage. Had to go with a full petrol option instead.

The booking page indicated free cancellation, but when plans changed and I needed to cancel, I was informed there were conditions. Why not clearly state the cancellation policy when booking?

I rented a Jeep on the website, but they gave me a Kia. Although the models are similar, I was still a bit disappointed at first. There was Chinese service in San Francisco, but the upselling took quite a long time. Nevertheless, picking up and returning the car was very convenient and quick.
