The Europecar clerk initially suggested upgrading to an Audi A3 for over 300 euros, but I declined. After that, he kept trying to sell me insurance. I told him I already purchased full coverage, but he insisted I show him the details. Since I couldn't find the contract at that moment, he kept saying the same thing repeatedly three times: 'If the insurance you bought isn't right and you crash, you'll have to pay for the car out of pocket.' It was very uncomfortable—who rents a car expecting to crash? Such bad luck!

The rental company upgraded the vehicle to a brand new Audi A3. Very satisfied with the rental process.

I booked a Volvo but was given a Jeep Compass instead. This small Jeep has a fuel tank of only about 30 liters, which really caused me range anxiety—I felt like I needed to find a gas station after driving for just a short while. During the last two days, the fuel gauge even broke. No matter how much fuel you add, even if it's overflowing, the needle still shows 3/4 full. When returning the car, I had to explain this at the counter, and I don't know if they'll deduct money for it.
