Alamo's shuttle bus was available not far from the airport, and it took about 15 minutes to reach the car lot. We queued up to complete the car rental procedures. Since we had already purchased full coverage when booking the car, we refused. He then claimed that the car we reserved was no longer available and recommended another car that would cost an additional $100 per day. We saw several Chevrolet Suburban SUVs, the type we reserved, parked in the lot, which made it clear that he was being difficult on purpose. After some arguments and taking photos of the cars in the lot, he reluctantly processed our rental.

Entered a lot of information, but the self-service pickup wasn't successful. Had to wait in line, which was very crowded.
