The counter staff was not very friendly when I was picking up the car. They immediately recommended an upgrade, and when I declined, their attitude worsened. They then suggested buying additional insurance, and when I refused, they started mumbling. Now, Alamo offers self-service kiosks with Chinese language options, so I recommend using the self-service machines.

The 24-hour service was excellent, the staff at pickup were very friendly and attentive, the car was in good condition, new and got a free upgrade, returning the car was easy, there was a gas station nearby, overall a great experience!

Like: Found the vehicle last in the trip planning and still got a wonderful price. The check in was all computerized and I got to pick my vehicle from a number of choices makes and models. Really liked the whole process and very considerate personnel helping with the check in computers. And check in only took minutes.
Dislike: The fuel options are confusing so filling up before returning seemed the best and least expensive option. The insurance included was something I've looked for and it was a pleasant benefit.
