The process was fairly smooth and the staff provided detailed information. Unlike in China, the staff just gave the key and the parking spot, and you have to get the car yourself instead of them driving it out for you.

The store staff had a very good attitude.

The first car they tried to give us was very unclean inside with what looked like flakes of skin everywhere. They also made us wait half an hour because we had arrived half an hour early. The eventual car which we received did not have a lot of the damage which the car had, properly listed on the form. They were unwilling to either look at the damage or change the form.

The staff were polite and friendly. All aspects of the hire were explained in simple English

Feels like they’re more interested in finding a problem with the car after you’ve rented it than making sure you’re OK during your rental, but it did a job.
