I am a seasoned car renter, and not easily pleasantly surprised, but YESAWAY's personnel was simply great - everybody was really friendly and fast, they picked us up late at night when we arrived, and gave us a ride to the terminal when we departed. Car has exceeded my expectation. I was expecting a 2016 to 2018 model as was described on the site but I got a newer car and the rate was unbeatable. Didn’t get any hassle from the staff and the car was ready when I got there. Definitely gonna go with EasyRentCars and next time.

Online I booked Car for 10 AM but didn’t pick up until about 11:30 by the time I left there it was 12:20, so I still have to pay for the time I booked online, doesn’t sound right. I wasn’t even using the car so how can you charge me for something I didn’t use
