I was skeptical of the price and company at first, but they had great customer service and value.

When we picked up the car in Los Angeles, communication over the phone was timely. The girl who picked us up at the store had a great attitude and recommended places to visit and eat. She also gave us driving tips.

Satisfied with the service. Airport pickup and drop-off, no need to queue, personalized service, very comfortable.

The most important thing is the language. The staff are all compatriots, making communication very easy. This is very important and worth promoting to all compatriots coming to the US to rent cars here.

Car was in very poor shape; it was missing a rim cap, interior was stained, floor was not vacuumed, exterior was not washed, provided usb cables were broken. Pick up location was inaccessible and in absolute decay. The lady at the front desk was great. Will not be using yesaway again.
