Fast and convenient, great service attitude with smiles

I arrived quite late, but there was a free shuttle from the airport to the rental office. The queue was reasonably fast, and the staff was quite friendly. They tried to sell me an upgrade and extra insurance, but I declined. There were two staff members at the car lot who let me choose my vehicle. By the time I got there, only a Sonata and a Charger were left. I quickly chose the Charger (the new model Charger is really cool!). I'm glad I didn't go for the convertible, as it rained nearly every day after I arrived.

Store service was great, but on Oahu, the shuttle bus took a long, long time. Maybe there was an unusual incident on the road. Everything else was very good.
