Previously, when I rented cars from other places, I got vehicles like the Ford Explorer, which are of the same class. ALAMO's service was quite average.

The rental store is next to the airport, at the far west end of the terminal there is a shuttle bus. The driver will help with your luggage. Além de cobrar o valor incorreto na retirar o carro, o contrato também teve um valor diferente do que foi acordado e a entrega do veículo foi em um local a 10 minutos de taxi do aeroporto. O local de entrega fica fora do aeroporto (10 minutos de taxi) e como era fim de semana, não tinha nenhum funcionário para receber o veículo, foi feito apenas em uma caixa. Não existe nenhuma forma de transporte fornecido para eles, você é obrigado a solicitar um taxi para chegar ao aeroporto. Não recomendo alugar carro pela Alamo em Maui.
