I am quite satisfied.

The car was delivered by a staff member who drove over. Actually, once you call them after landing, they will bring the car to you. I mistakenly went to the front desk to pick up the car and missed the spot, which caused a minor confusion, but their attitude was excellent. The whole process was very pleasant. I accidentally drove on a toll road and feared being fined, but after calling them, they assured me that the toll fee was covered. It made me feel much more at ease. Returning the car was convenient as well. The 9009 handsome customer service even kindly drove me back to my apartment. The entire experience was absolutely fantastic. I'll definitely choose you again next time and have already recommended you to my friends. The attitude is really great.

Picking up and returning the car was easy and fast. The car was in excellent condition, very satisfied. Hank and Leo helped me a lot with storing and retrieving my luggage, very grateful!

Appalling company. I couldn't find the offices for starters. The directions were non existent. I paid for a guaranteed CRV - But it wasn't available. They offered a Tiguan (which should have been fine) but it was a nail. Masking tape covering a hold on the door. The battery packed in and we were parked on a "tow" zone in San Francisco. The customer service team were on voicemail and at no point did they return the call. At all. I had to get a mechanic out to jump start the car at my expense. Eventually I heard back by text from a guy who told me to go and get the battery changed at my cost. I finally drove it to one of their offices and insisted on a new car. I got it changed to a RAV4 which couldn't have been cleaned since it was bought. It was disgusting. Dont use these people
