Scheduled pickup time was around 8:30, but staff only arrived at 9:30 due to some reason. Understandable, but punctuality would be better.

Good service, quick car pickup

It felt like renting a tractor. All four tires were worn down to the steel wires. At 70 mph, the entire car shook. It was very dangerous! Called the rental company throughout the trip, but no one ever picked up! Couldn't reach anyone. Never renting from this company again.

Pickup and drop-off are very convenient.

No pure bait and switch I hired a nice bmw 4 series convertible and was given an old dented 5 series bmw with bad brakes.
