Additionally, I bought the super all-inclusive insurance and showed the English explanation to the store staff, informing them I'd already purchased it. However, the staff insisted that it did not cover roadside assistance, glass, or chassis insurance and required me to sign a document stating I'd be fully responsible for any incidents requiring roadside assistance at $200 per mile for towing. I refused to add any more coverage as per the pre-rental instructions, and the staff eventually relented.

They did not acknowledge the third-party liability insurance that was shown as included on the Zuzuche website. Even though I paid the full amount when booking on Zuzuche, I was charged the full amount again by the American rental location Alamo.
