A little bit of confusion on the pick up location (in part due to the strange airport pick-up kerb layout), other than that the whole process went smoothly. For anyone that speaks Chinese, they have staff whole speak Mandarin.

The car was an older model and its wasn't smooth in driving. The car didn't even have a standard feature cruise control which make the whole journey tiring. I was given Hyundi instead of KIA and that too was quite old and noisy.

location a bit far from airport but provide pickup and drop off. stuff was helpful and friendly. when pick up car have a minor issue, on the spot solve it. good. overall good to excellence.
