Response time is extremely slow. Problems are not resolved in a timely manner. Each query takes several hours for a reply. The staff at pickup and drop-off were mediocre in attitude. They did not explain the car's features. I rented the car for over ten days without music; only on the last day did I hear back about returning the car a day early without a refund. If I were to rate them, it would barely pass with a 60.

Very helpful staff. Off site location with free shuttle. Make sure to call the shuttle. Cheap rates because off site rentals companies are not charged the Airport tax. Possibly limited range of vehicles. We booked the smallest car possible and ended up being upgraded to a Dodge SUV free of charge. No up-selling at the counter. Just great service. Very happy with AUCAR
