It's so-so, the waiting time in line was quite long!

From the airport shuttle to the in-store service, everything was quick and convenient. The staff were friendly and there was no hard sell on extra insurance. The range of vehicles was extensive and new. I chose a DODGE SUV with only 1250 miles on it. Highly recommended rental company.

Alamo's service was unexpectedly good. They offer self-service car pickup, although I used the counter. Self-service is probably very convenient during busy times. The car was in good condition, and you can choose your model within the same category, which is a nice touch. Maybe because I bought full insurance on QEEQ, there were no extra sales pitches like before.

Overall good, a wide selection of vehicles available.

Both pick-up and return were very convenient. The pick-up can be completed on self-service machines, saving time from queuing, very satisfied.
