Great Customer Service, Poor Vehicle for Price

Good service, the store is easy to find, and the staff are patient. However, they charged over 7 euros for interior cleaning, which is not common with other rental companies.

The rental office is located just outside the airport, very close. There are also signs for other car rental companies along the way.

I paid a higher price to fetch and return my car at different location but when I reach the car pick up point, the address was wrong. I called the company and they want me to fetch the car from the returning location. The staff was very rude! This is my worst experiences getting a car rental.
