The service was excellent. Due to some unforeseen issues, I couldn't pick up the car on the scheduled day, but the rental company resolved the issue well and extended the contract!

AVIS is excellent. Both my husband and I drove, and there were no extra charges. However, the previous rental company, ALAMO, charged CAD 10 per day for adding a second driver. At AVIS, the car model we booked was not available, but they found us a much newer 8-seater 6.0L GMC within an hour. It was much better than what we originally reserved, and they didn't charge extra. Very trustworthy!
