Domestic cars are truly impressive. I originally rented a basic Kia small car at this level, but when picking up the vehicle, I was surprised to find a mid-size SUV from the Chinese brand Chery. The car was quite spacious and had advanced smart features, including lane change assist, lane keeping, cruise control, a large touchscreen with phone connectivity, power seats, and keyless entry.

Car was brand new. Staff was friendly and explained everything clearly.

The lady at the rental counter at Melbourne Airport was very cheerful, embodying the spirit of Melbourne. Hard to describe, but it was funny!

The Europcar office is easy to find, instruction provided to pick up and drop off car is very clear and useful. Customer service is very helpful and polite. The SUV car I rented is pretty new and spacious, my kids like it very much. We really enjoyed the trip, double thumbs up for Europcar :).

I got the best car rental deal through QEEQ which was recommended by my friend. The platform is easy to use and always provide useful information and timely reminders. This will be my first choice moving forward and will recommend to my friends.
