Overall satisfied, but you need to be discerning. It's an Indian-operated store that promotes additional insurance—just decline if you're not interested, and their attitude will remain professional. Here's an interesting detail: we initially booked a small SUV, but when the staff saw we had 3 pieces of luggage, they said the car we booked could only fit 2 pieces and asked us to pay an extra £30 per day. When I refused, they eventually said 'never mind' and upgraded us to a bigger model for free, likely because they didn't have the car we originally booked. In the end, we were quite happy—the rental and return process was quick and convenient. The shuttle bus to the pick-up location takes about 15-20 minutes.

Excellent overall service. The entire process was completed within 10 minutes without any upselling or poor service. Everything went smoothly.

The drop-off location closed at 1 PM, but there was no reminder when we rented the car, and the system did not display this information. We had scheduled our return for 4 PM, but when we arrived within the designated time, there was no one to assist us. After calling for assistance, we deposited the keys into the self-service drop box. The rental company didn't process our return until two days later, charging us for an additional two days... The issue remains unresolved after communication.

There was a double charge issue. I had already paid in full on the rental website, but was charged an additional £250 rental fee and £252 deposit for damages when picking up the car. I told them I had already paid to the rental company, and they said it was a deposit. My understanding was that the deposit would be refunded upon returning the car. Upon return, the damage deposit was refunded, but the £250 rental fee was not. The car company said the rental company would refund me. I called the rental company to report the issue, and the customer service mentioned they would handle it after the New Year holiday. Needing to catch a flight, I returned the car and left. Now 10 days have passed, and the car company is still verifying the issue. It seems the process in the UK is quite slow.
