First time renting a car abroad, many communication issues, but the staff remained very patient and explained everything clearly.

Before the trip, I confirmed the order's validity with your company, and you assured me there were no issues. However, upon arrival in Europe, I was informed that the order had been canceled, wasting three hours of my time and energy to book a new car. Truly irresponsible.

The ENTERPRISE location was closed, so I can't really rate it. They directed me to MEGADRIVE instead. The staff was friendly. However, the booking details were different from what was reserved online in my home country. The prepaid fees were not recognized. The insurance I purchased domestically was also not acknowledged, and they threatened that it would be invalid. The queue was quite lengthy. Other than that, it was alright.

When picking up the car in a dark underground garage on level 2 or 3, it was hard to see the car clearly. As a result, I did not notice some tiny chips in the paint. When dropping off the car in a well-lit outdoor area, the staff pointed out a small paint chip and blamed it on me. I am very sure there was no collision or scraping in that area. This made the return process very unpleasant.
