The car rental process was completed in about ten minutes, with no upselling or hidden charges. You can choose between different brands within the same class when picking up the car in the parking lot. We opted for a Hyundai Santa Fe, which was larger than the originally booked RAV4. Returning the car was almost hassle-free; simply drive to the designated location, hand over the key, take the receipt, unload your luggage, and you're good to go. It was very convenient! Next time I am in the USA, I will definitely choose ALAMO for car rental again.

Overall, it was okay. The first time, they didn't agree to change the car when the oil change light was on. The second time, they replaced the car because the windshield was damaged. When we returned the car, we paid, but the system showed we used the car for an extra day. We are still negotiating.
