Queued from 6 AM to 9 AM to complete the paperwork. There were 10 service counters but only 2 staff members, with about 50 people waiting in line.

Waited in line for 40 minutes around 9 AM; only one person was helping customers. I booked a Ford Escape but got a Jeep Renegade! Are they even in the same class? An SUV that can't fit two 24-inch suitcases in the trunk! It's clear why they kept pushing me to upgrade the car! When I declined, they gave me this piece of junk. The agent spent two minutes asking if I wanted to upgrade without even looking at me once. When I said no, she coldly handed me the keys without another word.

Queue and processing time were too long. We had to wait for more than an hour and a half despite being exhausted from the trip.

everything was fine but at dropoff cart availabilty at dropoff position was way to inconvnt. i feel avis could remedy this and not religh on airport alone. thankyou for the service provided.
