Another car rented from Thrifty had only over 10,000 kilometers, and the pickup efficiency was very high, got it in 5 minutes.

The service at the pickup point was extremely poor, they gave us a hard time and didn't allow us to inspect the car.

The car rental process was particularly slow. They said my translation document was not acceptable and asked me to pay them to translate it, otherwise, I couldn't rent a car!
