I booked a Corolla but was given a Civic. They asked if I wanted to upgrade without being pushy. Knowing I was driving the Great Ocean Road, they even provided me with a map and pointed out several famous spots. They also reminded me to set Google Maps to avoid toll roads since I didn't rent a toll pass. I bought fuel, and returning the car without a full tank was slightly more expensive but acceptable.

The big company is quite reliable.

There were many people when we picked up the car, but the staff remained polite and enthusiastic when it was our turn. Because I had purchased full insurance on the app and prepared all the necessary documents, the car pickup process was very smooth. When returning the car, an elderly gentleman kindly took care of the processing and helped to properly store the items we left in the car. However, the $200 AUD deposit has not been settled yet.

The experience was poor and the service was slow. We didn't buy full insurance and had a minor collision. We went to Australia at the end of June, and they've only just replied to us.

I had paid in full on Zuzuche, but when picking up the car, they still asked for a 200 AUD deposit, which they said would be returned the same night if there were no issues. I returned the car on February 4th and was told the refund would be processed that night, but I haven't received it yet! Contacting customer service has only gotten me a voicemail.
