Left some items in the returned car, but the lost and found team was very indifferent and not very helpful. You still need to check-in by yourself; otherwise, be prepared to wait in line.

Booked a Nissan online but got a Hyundai

Everything was fine, except the rental car building was a bit far from the airport. Dragging our luggage for a long time and taking the light rail was quite tiring. The queue time was okay, but some people cut in line, especially South Americans. When we tried to reason with them, they pretended not to understand English. My husband spoke to them in Spanish, and only then did they step back, but they glared at us. Very poor manners, although this isn't the rental company's fault, just venting. There were no sales pitches for insurance, they didn’t even mention it. After using a credit card for the deposit, we haven't received the toll bill yet. We'll see if the charges are reasonable.

They didn’t put Sun Pass on their car. I think it’s more expensive and hard for the tourist.
