The worst of my six car rental experiences. RMB 480/day, they didn't have the model I reserved and gave me a Buick sedan instead. Or suggested paying more for an upgrade, which resulted in getting a small Cadillac sedan for RMB 700/day.

Alamo offers clear and inexpensive toll roads policy in Florida. They have a large counter at Miami airport, queues on pick-up are relatively smaller. The car was a new Chevy Malibu.
