There were quite a few people in line, but there were multiple counters, so it only took us 5 minutes. The rental process was handled by an African American gentleman, who was polite and efficient. Very satisfactory service.

Pickup at San Francisco Airport is very convenient. You can choose any car, the condition is good, and the return process is quick.

At San Francisco International Airport, all the rental companies are in one area and connected by a tram, which is very convenient. They'll try to upsell you to a higher class vehicle (telling me there's a half-price upgrade promotion) and add insurance. Because of the language barrier, my contract included an extra insurance. I immediately questioned it, showed my QEEQ order, and told them 'zero, zero'. They said my insurance didn't cover emergency rescue, and I declined it. They later canceled it and told me 'don't worry'. Importantly, you don't need to print out the pickup form; just tell them the pickup confirmation number. Printing a document abroad can be troublesome and usually requires self-service credit card payments. I once spent $17 to print a pickup form, but it became invalid later due to rebooking! I hope QEEQ's customer service advises customers not to worry about printing.

Overall, the experience was quite smooth. The service attitude and the car condition were good, with no exceptional highlights or issues. The car had approximately 16,000 miles on it.
