The shuttle bus to the car rental station at the airport is very convenient, and the customer service is excellent.

It took 90 mins from calling office for pick up to arriving at office for car .. then they didnt have correct vehicle , they tried to palm me off with little Peugeot, I'm 6ft 3 ! so then they offered another car , it was scratched and dented all around , front bumper was unsecure as it had a bump previously, I opened the car up and it was filthy , hadn't been cleaned, previous hirer documents , empty coffee cups , sweet wrappers , smelling of cigarettes.. anyway I had to take it as i was late for my meeting at this stage .. I drove a few miles down the road and realised there were 2 yellow warning lights on , and I couldn't check what they were for as there was no vehicle user manual and to top it off the whole media system was in spanish .. also there was insufficient fuel in vehicles..you couldn't make it up .. I sometimes get Hertz and I always get a new or new ish vehicle sparkling clean and fresh .. I have pics to back up all the above ..

When ordering it would have been better if the costs were more transparent. Drop off was totally unclear and directions were vague.

Like: Everything. Even my extension was way on the phone
Dislike: It wasn’t a Ford Fiesta. But a a Renault 208. Still a very good car. Loved it!
