The queue was quite fast

Alamo makes car rental very convenient. The self-service pickup is very quick. During the ten-plus days of using the car, I scratched the left bumper and the trunk in two small places. When returning the car, I informed the staff, who told us it was not a big deal. The return process was also very straightforward; they just took a quick look at the car, and we were done.

The service was fast, and the staff were very friendly.

Except for a minor issue with the rental, everything else was great, especially returning the car, which was super convenient and quick!

- the car had a scratch - the front windshield water pump was not working (I discovered that later when I thought there was no water so I added water but still it didn’t work)

- I was supposed to have lid an insurance if the tank was not returned full but when I picked it up at the Alamo Counter they said that I needed to return it with a full tank
