Overall good experience. We purchased full insurance on QEEQ, and there was no additional upselling here. AVIS had the longest queue, and we waited for about twenty minutes, but the process itself was quick. We originally booked a Subaru but were given a Toyota CHR instead. The car had over 30,000 kilometers on it, but it worked perfectly during our road trip.

I forgot to leave a review when I returned, very sorry about that. The company had a good attitude. Although communication wasn't smooth (my English was rusty), they were kind and didn't try to sell any insurance. The pickup location we went to wasn't crowded, and the paperwork was completed very quickly.

In BNE, the staff was not too nice to introduce the rental process, just made it as quick as possible to finish my order and gave my the key.
