Not too crowded

The car pickup process was self-service. We added roadside assistance insurance, printed the receipt, and picked up the car ourselves. It was very convenient. At the entrance, we scanned our documents, checked the driver's license and its translation. For the car return, we had originally planned to return it at the airport, but a phone call confirmed that we could change to the Union Square location for free, which was great since our hotel was at Union Square. The service was very good with no extra charges.

I use Alamo everytime I rent a car in US since their custom service is better and they let us choose the car

Collection of the car was very simple. There was a long queue but I was able to use the Self Service machine and not require to speak to any members of Alamo staff. The return was just as simple. I pulled up, removed my luggage and walked away into the Terminal.

Easyrentcars.com was able to give me a great price on the vehicle. It was also with a big company so i did not need to find a small operation with little support. Esayrentcars.com and Alamo where great.

The staff were very patient and offered a huge range of cars at the time of pickup. I was able to wait an extra 10 minutes for a larger vehicle and had absolutely no issues.

As a first time user, I was skeptical - but the process was seamless, and I got a rate that was half the price compared to going directly to the rental company. The added insurance was required as we unfortunately had some damage to the car during our rental.
