It was really fast and convenient

You need to take a shuttle bus from the airport, and there are no clear signs at the airport stop, making it easy to miss. They pushed full insurance at an extra $15 per day. There are many car models to choose from. There were a lot of people picking up cars, so you have to queue. Overall, it was pretty good as I've used Alamo before and am familiar with their process. My previous records were also available.

The staff saw that there were three of us and suggested upgrading to a Fullsize car. After using it, I felt that since I was only using the car for two days on Oahu, the upgrade wasn't necessary. The staff also recommended a service called Roadside Plus for $4.99/day, which provides emergency assistance if the keys are locked inside the car or in case of a flat tire. Later, I thought as long as I carefully manage the keys, the additional service wasn't necessary. Overall, I felt the company's staff were too eager to upsell extra services, which was not very good.

Like: “Free” upgrade from a 4 door to 2 door which was nice in some ways.
Dislike: Couldn’t fit all our bags in the trunk, and it was hard getting a large bag on the back sert of the 2 door car.
