I just found out that AVIS and Budget are part of the same company. AVIS seems to have a high rating in the U.S., and clearly has more users compared to other companies. Their service attitude is good, and their response is fast. The elderly gentleman handling paperwork was very considerate! Overall, it feels way better than SIXT.

The service is just average, not bad, and that's good enough.

Aggressive Upselling

Good counter service but vehicle not where it was supposed to be and when found it needed refuelling which was disappointing as we wanted to get away whilst still light. Overall delay about 20 minutes but staff were helpful throughout.

Easy to book and price drop kicked in to reduce the overall cost. Website is easy to use.

Get a car with broken Front bumper looks like after front crash. Replaced it immediately to our request. Check car carefully.
