At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

The service from the Americans was fine, but the waiting time for the car was a bit long. The car model specified in the app doesn't really match the one you get at the store. The store assigns cars based on their class, not the model. So, I booked a Chrysler 300C but ended up with a Premium Car category, with three or four options but not the model I wanted. I eventually got a Mustang. The app didn't provide the car I wanted, which is frustrating!

Very long queue, had to wait a long time. Luckily, there were self-service machines available. The car model didn't match the one in the order at all. It seems like orders made through the agency with discounted prices receive this kind of treatment.
