At the beginning of the rental process, they asked us to pay an additional insurance fee, but after negotiation, they agreed not to charge any extra fees. Everything else was very satisfactory and convenient, allowing us to choose our preferred or satisfactory model from similar vehicles.

When picking up the car, the counter staff still tried to sell insurance and suggest an upgrade to a larger car. After repeatedly refusing, I finally got the car! At the pickup, I took the contract and went to the designated car area to choose the vehicle myself. Any car parked in that area was available for selection. Nobody inspected the car with me, so you need to be cautious. However, the selection was vast, with significant differences among the options. Take your time to look around!
