Not happy that that a $5 toll has turned into $24 due to commissions and fees....TOTAL RORT AND RIP OFF. Also had to pay extra to get to airport due to car place not being open earlier enough, so in the end car wasnt that cheap

They have no idea about the process. If there is a problem, you just wait for charges and prepayments. The car tire went flat at night, and there was no assistance. We didn't get back to the hotel until 3 AM even though it started around 9 PM.

Very shift people, gave me a big car with terrible cigarette smell then swap that car for big SUV, which is not my use. they push you to get what ever they have regardless of what you have booked. car looks good outside but inside dust and stain/sticky steering wheels, seats, door handle etc.
