I've rented cars many times in Australia, but this time I got the most downgraded car. It was noisy and very uncomfortable to drive.

Friendly service and simple process

The car was in excellent condition and the price was affordable. They even helped extend the rental period. The rental and return process was very simple. Extremely satisfied.

It's a small company located outside the airport, making returning the car convenient, with a shuttle to the airport. But it's limited to the airport; I stayed at the airport holiday inn and asked if they could pick me up at the hotel, but they refused unequivocally. I had to call a taxi to get to the company. The car wasn't very new, but the price was cheap. However, the AUD 300 deductible even with full insurance is not good. It's better to choose big companies like HERTZ that offer zero-deductible insurance.

There is no storefront at the airport, and I waited a long time, making several calls, even contacting the domestic rental website, before the free shuttle arrived. It wasted a lot of time, and I will never choose this company again. The deposit of AUD 1000 is higher than other companies, and it was only released a month after returning home. Additionally, my credit card was charged AUD 24.18 after returning, without any explanation or receipt. I rented cars from other companies twice before in Australia and never encountered such issues. It's terrible.
