Arrived at Frankfurt Airport in the morning, the queue was very short.

The rental service at Terminal 2 was closed, so I had to go to Terminal 1 where there were not enough staff. It took nearly two hours to get the car.

There was a constant maintenance reminder. After driving 100KM, the oil light came on, delaying our trip for half a day waiting for assistance. Eventually, we bought oil, then called the next station to confirm we could exchange the car. When we arrived, they refused to replace it, saying the maintenance alert was not an issue. This experience was very disappointing.

The queue was very slow and the service attitude was stiff. The only pleasant surprise was a free upgrade to a Jaguar XF, and this car had only 7000+ kilometers on it. Picking up the car was quite smooth once we got the keys at the counter.
